Key Responsibilities
IMS Manager: Implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001 systems.
Manage a caseload of learners and employers ensuring timely achievements and progression.
Support the raising of standards in accordance with the aims and strategic objectives of the organisation.
Provide excellent teaching and learning sessions for Customer Service and Business Administration apprenticeship standards, both face to face and remotely.
Support the raising of standards in accordance with the aims and strategic objectives of the organisation.
Responsible for delivering English/Mathematics Functional Skills qualifications at levels 1 and 2 at various employer sites to learners on apprenticeship programmes.Manage a caseload of learners and employers ensuring timely achievements and progression.
Role responsibilities and requirements
Deliver high quality and inclusive teaching and learning sessions both face to face and remote, 1-2-1 and in groups when required.

The role is to provide excellent teaching and learning sessions for Lean Manufacturing, Safety, Health and Environment Technician and Warehousing apprenticeship standards, both face to face and remotely.
You will be responsible for the execution of the operational and back-office support tasks required to administer the delivery of timely and compliant payroll services, credit control and finance administration, as well as generally contributing to the effective running of the organisation.
