Key Responsibilities
Case Management: Assist solicitors in managing files, including document preparation, case tracking, and filing.
Document Preparation: Draft and prepare legal documents, including contracts, correspondence, pleadings, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
You will also manage a small caseload of lower-value or routine cases as appropriate.
Handle employee relations: grievance, disciplinary, and absence management.
