The Engineering and Compliance Assurance Lead will support the Account Director and site leads by creating, delivering, and monitoring all statutory and non-statutory compliance related tasks that are carried out by the site team, in accordance with the contract specific M&E technical maintenance specification, to ensure the account is contractually and legally compliant at all times.
To improve performance as well as monitoring compliance and managing internal audits.
Will be working together with the client, customers, and management team to progress and enhance local process and procedures and implement good compliance management practices.

Adecco Worcester are recruiting for a Quality Compliance lead for our Evesham based client to Lead and support the Quality Manager with Internal/ External audits, manage and control the Quality Management system, control Supplier claims, traceability and food safety training.
Key Tasks
Key support in Defect investigations meeting site and Customer requirements.
Assist with all legislative requirements with regards to Food safety and suppliers.
You will be responsible for CQC compliance work as instructed by the Service Manager.
The role will also work with the wider team to ensure policy, strategies and frameworks are in place and prepare teams/practitioners engagement with the CQC inspectors.
This will include oversight of two senior practitioners who will work across services areas to ensure that the 50 identified residents for any upcoming inspection have been robustly quality assured, and improvements actioned by the relevant service.
