We are currently seeking a compassionate and professional individual to join our Funeral Director client based in North London.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for background funeral operations, overseeing funeral arrangements and providing support to bereaved families during their time of need.
Duties
- Meet with families to discuss funeral arrangements, including choice of casket, flowers, and service details.
The successful candidate will coach and advise Directors, Managers and where applicable school leaders on the professional aspects of HR including management of employees, HR policy and procedure, legal implications, formal consultation, and TUPE transfers which ensure the organisation has excellent management of its employees and strong employee relations.
