We are inviting applications for compliance officer position for an international bank based in city London . This is a 6 months contract to start immediately. Key Responsibilities: Performing Compliance Risk Assessments Second line oversight of the Bank's compliance with the applicable law, regulations and internal policies Developing and implementing a Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP) Performing second line oversight reviews in line with the CMP Issuing Compliance Review reports to the respective SMFs, HoDs and BMs Reporting the key findings from Compliance Reviews to the relevant governance committees Tracking and follow up of implementation of the recommended actions as per the Compliance Reviews Assisting the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and the Compliance Managers (CMs) for managing the regulatory communications Maintaining a tracker of regulatory communications Assisting the Compliance Managers (CMs) for developing and updating the Regulatory Mapping and Horizon Scanning trackers Advising and supporting the business and support functions on Compliance matters including legal and regulatory obligations Performing administrative tasks related to the Compliance departments Responding to the Internal and External auditors on Compliance matters Updating and reporting of Compliance breaches Developing, reviewing and updating the policies, procedures, and other governance documents of Compliance function Second line review of policies and procedures pertaining to business and support functions Compile monthly/quarterly/annual MI to Parent Office based on Mis submitted by Branches/Departments (manual and through online systems of Bank) Follow up with business and support functions for submission of MI and other information. Business Analyst - Data Consent - 6 month contract - £400p.d.Inside IR35 UK leading food distributor within the catering industry are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an initial 6 month contract. The role will support a largescale Data Privacy and Consent Platform project, working with technical teams and senior stakeholders to support the project implementation throughout the lifecycle. The right candidate will have broad business analyst background with experience in IT / CRM implementation projects. Strong communication skills and confidence to working in a fast paced environment is key. The Role: Collaborate with business stakeholders to document business requirements in user story format Work with the technical team to develop use cases and functional specifications documents. Understand, translate and prioritise end user needs across the affected business areas, documenting their requirements accurately and sufficiently. Mapping business requirements to system/technical requirements. Proactively engage with business users to develop a plan for introduction/upgrades/integrations of software systems. Liaising with Technical Project Managers, Product Managers and wider project stakeholders. Support and play a key role in the Change Management Process. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and create/manage execution of test plans, to ensure the root cause are addressed. The Requirements: Previous experience in a Busines Analyst role or similar. Priory knowledge and experience in Data Privacy and Consent projects an ideal. Experience in Salesforce (SFMC, Data Cloud, MC Personalisation) CRM with end-to-end implementation experience or similar. Experience creating wireframe documents with information architecture. Authoring requirements, definition and related documentation. Knowledge or experience with XML, JavaScript, Relational Databases and SQL. Experienced in working with Object Oriented Design and UML.
