Homeworking is available offering 3 days work from home and 2 days in office.
This is full-time position at 37.5 hours per week, with a bit of flexibility paying £22 per hour via an umbrella company.
The client is looking for previous experience of rent and service charge processes and basic accounting principles.

Being responsible for the delivery of reactive maintenance and small works through the in-house maintenance team and external contractors, ensuring works are carried out to the required standard and timescales.
As part of this varied role, you will play a vital part in delivery of the Surrey CC Lane Rental Scheme through comprehensive monitoring of works on this highly traffic sensitive part of the network to assess them against agreed method of working to minimise congestion.
This role has a starting salary of £35,730 per annum, based on a 36 hour working week.
