Our client is an Independent arm of a global franchised business, and they are looking for a Customer Service Professional to support and help on all franchise owners purchasing, distribution and supply chain issues.
This role is a 3 month contract.
Key Responsibilities
Log all incoming enquiries through the Support Desk into the relevant system(s) accurately and in a timely manner, working towards company SLAs.
This is NOT a call centre role and you will get only 10-12 calls a day .
This is a lovely BILINGUAL GERMAN/ENGLISH customer care role in which you will use your fluent GERMAN to support restaurant & hotel clients.
The job hybrid with 3 days in the office a week and you will be supporting restaurants across the DACH region with any help that they may need to set up training etc .
