This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading brands as an Assistant Store Manager.
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in High Wycombe as a Customer Service Representative, paying an annual salary of between £23,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM.
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for
Communicating with customers via phone, email, and live chat.
With experience in a junior management role already under your belt, this is an opportunity to take your career to the next level.
You'll be responsible for the customer experience, for maximising profit and minimising loss, and will ensure your store colleagues are clear on their sales targets and delivering Customer First behaviours at all times.
Our Deputy Managers are brilliant retail leaders, accountable for the day to day running of our stores in the absence of the Store Manager.
If you're CIPD Level 5 qualified and have a track record of writing policies, implementing procedures, and managing teams, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
