Large Housing Association requires an HR Advisor with expertise in complex Employee Relations case management for a 2-3 month period.
Pay rate is £22-£24 PAYE or £28-£31 Umbrella
Main responsibilities
Covering all areas of employee relations - handling grievance's, disciplinaries, performance management, probations and ill health capability, through to appeal level.
As a HR Advisor, you will provide advice, guidance and support to managers and employees on all employee related matters including discipline, grievance, capability, absence management and HR policies and procedures.
