The successful Legal Secretary will provide exceptional service levels to both clients and lawyers whilst ensuring you have excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to work.
Duties to include: Managing diaries, ensuring they are up to date and reminding Lawyers of meetings etc.
One of my well respected clients is currently seeking an experienced Residential Legal Secretary to join a dynamic and busy conveyancing team based in Coulsdon.
You will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to fee earners, ensuring smooth operation in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have up-to-date experience in conveyancing, be highly organized, and able to hit the ground running.
Applicants will be polished, well spoken and presentable for a corporate Reception.
I have a client in Central Sutton who are looking for an Adhoc temp to cover Reception and Switchboard during holiday and sickness periods.
This post would suit candidates who are not looking for long term work or a permanent role, but would be open to a couple of weeks cover spread across the year.
This role is being offered on a temp to perm basis, so you will need to be available to start work immediately.
