Receptionist/Administrator - Hayes

My client is looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join their office. This is a front-facing role where you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet visitors, providing a warm and professional reception experience.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Manage email and correspondence as needed.
- Perform light administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Assist with booking meeting rooms and coordinating appointments.
- Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic administrative skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour
