General
Our wonderful client in Dorking who has doubled the size of the business in the last 18 months and have plans to increase their growth further.
Working as part of our friendly and supportive Customer Services team, you will be handling inbound calls from residents, businesses and visitors resolving as many as possible at first point of contact.
Duties also include handling enquiries received via email and through our online forms, occasional face to face duties at our reception and other administrative tasks as required.

Job Purpose
Working closely with the Brand Manager and both internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at maximizing attendance, engagement, and overall success of our events and the growth of our publications.
As Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing efforts for a portfolio of trade exhibitions ad magazines.
You'll work with the marketing executive(s) to deliver great campaigns and develop great relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure we maximise attendance, engagement, ultimately deliver brilliant events.
You'll be confident in managing the various marketing demands across several products (exhibitions/conferences/magazines) utilising a structured and logical process and your communication skills and attention to detail will be second-to-none.
As Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering the marketing strategy for a portfolio of leading trade exhibitions and publications.
