Job Title: Executive Support Manager Location: Lewes, UK Industry: Office of the Police Crime Commissioner Contract Type: Permanent Annual Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 Working Pattern: Full Time Our client, a prestigious organisation in the Office of the Police Crime Commissioner, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Support Manager to join their team in Lewes. As the Executive Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing confidential and professional liaison services between the Police Crime Commissioner and internal/external stakeholders, including MPs, senior officials, councillors, and ministers. Responsibilities: Ensure effective communication between the Police Crime Commissioner (PCC) and stakeholders by preparing sensitive correspondence and contacting them on behalf of the PCC. Provide executive support to the PCC and Executive Management Team, including drafting presentations, reports, and speeches for national conferences and public meetings. Lead recruitment processes for temporary staff, project staff, and the annual Internship Programme. Oversee the maintenance of the PCC office, including ICT provisions, health and safety arrangements, and finance administration. Act as the main liaison with the landlord to ensure compliance with tenancy rights and resolve any issues that may arise. Coordinate PCC meeting engagement and liaise with Sussex Police Chief Staff Officers to identify and resolve potential problems. Manage concerns and complaints from senior stakeholders and the public on behalf of the PCC.
