The Central Information Service provides a central administrative and reception function for all Newcastle College learners.
Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to work at their City Centre location on a temporary basis for up to 4 months (possibly longer).
Duties will mainly comprise of general administration and data entry and those with a customer service background would be preferred.
Working 37 hours per week, between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday
You will take responsibility for the management and administration of the commercial contract from the start of the commercial process during tender stage through to close out of projects, ensuring that at all times the company's governance and any contract specific requirements are adhered to.
Due to a fantastic period of growth we are looking for a new member of our commercial team to support our business winning and execution activities!

CRM Management - Work with project managers and commercial leads to ensure the updating and maintenance of records within the CRM system.
As a Sytner Sales Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team by assisting with file auditing, trade transfers and other ad-hoc duties.
