Document Management: Organize and maintain legal documents, ensuring they are up-to-date, easily accessible, and comply with the firm's document retention policies. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for attorneys attending out-of-town hearings or meetings. Time Recording: Accurately record and process billable hours and expenses for assigned attorneys. Case File Management: Assist in the preparation of legal documents, court forms, and bundles, collaborating closely with attorneys and paralegals. Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in an administrative role within a law firm Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
