As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of junior field sales Business Development Managers covering the London area. Your sales team will prospect, identify new business and sell soft FM service contracts to SME businesses. Your team will target a multitude of sectors including Hospitality / HoReCa, Industrial, Trade / Retail, Health and Social Care. You will be tasked with recruitment, on-boarding, training, coaching, supporting and motivating a team of 8 Business Development Managers. You will attend joint visits with your team / helping them leverage on their strengths and developing their skill set. As part of your role you will conduct 121 sessions, develop, performance manage, set and achieve sales targets.
