The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, to the client's satisfaction, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a full appreciation of all mechanical plant and relating systems in commercial buildings including commercial gas and have managed specialist subcontractors in a previous role.
You will oversee the specialist subcontractors who deliver the works and ensure all the compliance and required reports are completed.
