Working on a hybrid basis is an option once you are fully trained. Your new job as the Finance Assistant: To create and post rent and service charge invoices. To manage and input supplier invoices. To prepare reports and reconciliation. To support the management team. To assist with debtor reporting and reducing aged debts. To support the statutory accounts production. Produce client reports. Produce tenant statements. Experience required to apply: Excellent attention to detail. Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy. An adaptable and flexible approach to work. Fast learner. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient financial management and insightful analysis to support business decisions. Client Details Our client is a renowned company. Their headquarters are strategically located in Chorley, ensuring seamless operations and service delivery. Description As an Assistant Accountant you will be responsible for: Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed. Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines. Evaluate and manage business risks and insurance requirements. Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company. Interact with auditors to carry out annual auditing. Review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. Prepare budget and financial forecasts. Conduct benchmarking and process analysis for continual improvement of the financial forecast. Profile A successful Commercial Accountant should have: A degree in accounting, finance or related field. Part qualified in ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
