They have exceeded all their targets and budgets for 2024 and have secured pipelines of work for 2024/25 and due to the volume of opportunities are looking to increase their preconstruction team.

They target schemes between £8and £35 million on frameworks and repeat business opportunities with long term clients - typical schemes are care developments, schools and multi phased education schemes, student accommodation, PRS developments, office and resi schemes, hotels and multi use retail and leisure developments - a really wide and diverse range of projects to work on.
