Adecco are recruiting for an Internal Sales Representative, the role is paying up to £30,000 with an OTE of £34,000, any background considered but ideally you will be confident, happy to talk on the phone, target driven, have previous experience within an office environment and able to create successful client relationships.

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with our valued customers. Your exceptional customer service skills and enthusiasm will contribute to driving sales and ensuring the overall success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Provide customers with product information and support
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with your team members to achieve overall business goals
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years' experience working in a similar office environment
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confident telephone manner and customer-focused attitude
- Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Sage Line 50 or similar accounting software
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or equivalent
- Proven ability to work to and achieve targets
- Additional sales training or certifications are a plus
