We're pleased to be partnering with a repeat client in East Molesley, leading their search for a Commercial Administrator. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Commercial Administrator is primarily responsible for managing the Subcontractor Ledger. Working between the Commercial and Finance teams, the ideal candidate will have previous construction experience and recent knowledge of CIS tax legislations. COINS experience would be highly beneficial. RESPONSIBILITIES Processing Subcontractor invoices including maintenance of relevant email invoice inbox, processing subcontractor invoices onto COINS, archiving subcontractor invoices and monitoring and chasing invoices for approved subcontractor applications Maintain and update the Client Invoice Tracker supporting the surveyors in ensuring all invoices are raised on time, including responsibility for reminder and chaser emails for due and overdue invoices directly with clients Management of agency labour staff invoicing and cost allocation (for site managers, general labourers, crane and forklift driver, slingers) across all live projects. Comparison sign-off work with surveyors to upload tender comparisons to DocuSign for appropriate internal sign off Maintain a master tender comparison tracker for all tender comparisons Support the surveyors in uploading Supplier contracts for signing onto DocuSign - for signing by supplier and internal signatories. Work with the Commercial Manager to deliver an up-to-date subcontractor matrix with core details of suppliers used by the business by trade and by contract CANDIDATE PROFILE Construction industry experience with up to date knowledge of CIS tax legislations Recent use of COINS ERP highly advantageous Strong relationship building skills recognising the need to liaise regularly with others Clear verbal and written communication with keen listening skills Organised with the ability to multi-task Proactive with the ability to meet deadlines WHAT'S ON OFFER £35,000 - £40,000 Annual Bonus Private Medical Insurance Life Assurance 25 days annual leave
