At our client's organisation, we are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
Utilise your basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, to assist with creating templates, schedules, and troubleshooting any IT-related issues for the team.
Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an Administrator to provide support and manage their office operational requirements and making sure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Answering calls, manage email inbox and deal with any incoming correspondence.
Provide support to the team & all perform administration functions as required.
A leading communications client is looking for an administrator with good copywriting skills within the PR team to work closely with account executives.
As a Graduate Account Executive/Junior Copywriter, you will provide project administration support to the account team, collaborate with clients on various projects and campaigns, and work with medical and pharmaceutical organisations, advisory boards, clinical specialists and legal professional bodies.
You will also contribute to events, conferences, seminars, online and digital programs, and publication planning and assist with writing content.
An experienced Administrator is required to join our client on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months with the possibility of an extension.
The successful candidate will provide support to the department, be a competent user of Microsoft Teams and Outlook coupled with excellent attention to detail.
This is a part time opportunity working 21 hours per week
