For the successful Customer Service Advisor our client is offering
Reporting to the Company Directors, as the National Accounts Administrator you will be a highly organised and proactive individual requiring minimal supervision.
General
Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-3pm on Friday.
Some flexibility will be required to support the needs of the business.
Joining us as a Customer Advisor is a great opportunity, whether it's your first job and you're looking to gain some valuable experience, or you have experience with retail and you're looking for a new challenge, this could be the start of a new career with us.
The hourly rate for this role is £11.44 and up to £12.02 across selected locations within London.
The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.

Working as part of a busy customer service team, you'll be provided with all the training you need to "jump on" the phones, and help house owners and tenants, commercial landlords and industrial property owners and developers, with a range of queries and updates on repairs that are being / need to be carried out on their properties.
You'll need to be a confident communicator, keen to help resolve problems through positive customer service and able to multi-task especially during busy periods.
The Role
Each call will require you to take down details of the specific situation, updating the system accordingly.
