Job Purpose
- Provide a full suite of accountancy compliance support to a varied client portfolio.
- Review and prepare statutory accounts, financial statements and tax returns for a varied portfolio of clients in a range of sectors.
- Oversight of preparation of VAT returns.
- Onboarding clients.
- Invoicing.
- Overseeing workflow and managing deadlines.
- Oversight of staff resourcing for the portfolio.
- Oversee the preparation of management accounts.
- UK GAAP.
- Review the work of junior staff, providing constructive feedback and supportive coaching.
- Build trusted relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Manage workflow and ensure client expectations and deadlines are being met.
- Support the firm's growth by identifying new service lines for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with accountancy regulations.

Job Requirements
- ACA or ACCA part-qualified with previous practice experience.
- Good knowledge across accountancy systems.
- Adept at using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and advisory skills.
- A proactive problem-solver.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
- A team player able to bring out the best in others.
- Enthusiastic to build on existing skillset, learning from an experienced team.
