As a Customer Collections Advisor you will be responsible for liaising with a UK customer base and collecting immediate payments. Client Details Our client is a well-established leading business within the business and professional service field. They are looking for an experienced Customer Collections Advisor to join their Salford team on a 6 month FTC. Description As a Customer Collections Advisor you will: Making outbound calls to customers collecting debt payments Triage complex debtor issues to the correct teams Taking payments by debit or credit card Signing customers up to Direct Debit payments Considering next steps when debts are unrecoverable Other ad hoc duties as and when required Profile To be successful in this role: 2 years experience within a call centre environment Able to work well under pressure and prioritise own workload Capability to be both personable and firm with clients, to resolve any issues and collect any money owed Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy is imperative Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Job Offer In return, our client can offer: 6 month FTC Immediate start Possibility of being made perm Good working culture & environment
