Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Coordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic administrative expert to join the successful team in Witney working with our building and furnishing divisions who support our letting and property management offices across Oxfordshire.
Your main responsibility will be compiling reports, liaising with property managers, tenants, clients and contractors to organise gas and electrical safety tests and remedial works.
You will join the team that handles the compliance, renovations and refurbishments for our letting portfolio across 9 offices.
