Sales Coordinator Job Type: Full-time Location: Knaresborough Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join an experienced UK Commercial Team. This role is pivotal in providing the necessary support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities, which is crucial for delivering first-class service to our customers and laying the foundation for growth. Day to Day of the role: Collate data from various customer online portals to populate internal KPI reports and distribute them internally to meet specific deadlines. Run reports to support the commercial team as required. Research and record competitor and promotional activity, including private label, both online and in-store. Complete customer-specific forms and communicate with the marketing & operations team regarding planned activities. Support the commercial team in preparing and delivering customer presentations and brand days. Manage invoice recording for approval and assist in resolving invoice queries. Track customer service levels using online portals and liaise with the supply chain to maintain stock levels. Coordinate and distribute the annual promotional plan and brand samples or packaging as necessary. Provide product imagery or content for marketing activities upon customer request. Maintain and update the customer contact database. Manage the sales email inbox and be the first point of contact for trade accounts and new enquiries. Update and distribute trade account price lists. Perform other administrative tasks and support as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven administration experience.
