A Customer Service Quality Coordinator is responsible for continuously reviewing work items through quality monitoring and auditing to ensure compliance and adherence to the NHBC Customer Services processes and regulatory requirements.
The PR and Media Coordinator will create engaging and dynamic content to reach new audiences and inspire existing ones on the reality of living with spinal cord injury in the UK today.
They are seeking someone with journalistic and/or media credentials who is able to identify, research and deliver stories that enhance this charity's standing as the expert guiding voice for life after spinal cord injury.
This will support this charity's campaign for change and raise valuable awareness nationwide of the work of their organisation.
Please note: this is a Nationwide, home-based role where travel will be required at key times in the year between NHBC Head offices, training hubs, and external providers.
