Project Support/PMO - Salary up to £32,000 Trevett Services are working closely with a leading Biomedical Science site who are looking to bring on a Project Support/PMO to work on their client site in Norwich. This is a full time, permanent role with a flexible working pattern and excellent benefits. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Support/PMO to join their team and assist with a variety of tasks, working closely with the Project Managers and wider department. Key Responsibilities of Project Support: Support with the preparation and delivery of monthly financial reviews, purchase orders and management reports Working closely with the project managers, obtaining supplier quotes and uploading onto internal systems for approval Assist in the coordination of meetings and resources required for the Capitals Projects team Attend meetings, take notes and distribute in a timely manner Experience Required for Project Support/PMO: Higher Educational qualifications at A level or equivalent Previous experience in an FM, Construction or Projects environment Excellent finance administration skills, with a strong understanding of accounts and the invoice process The ability to liaise with stakeholders across different levels, internal and external Experience working in a busy and varied office environment This is a full time permanent role, 37 hours a week with flexible working available. The salary is up to £32,000 per annum with great company benefits additional to those listed above!
