HR Administrator

We are recruiting for an excellent new role for our client based in Norwich. This is a part time role covering 28 hours per week.

The role:

be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Human Resources department. This will include:

  • Supporting recruitment activities, such as
  • arranging interviews
  • setting up rooms
  • creating and distributing interview packs

General administration tasks, such as:

  • meeting and greeting visitors to the department
  • answering the phones; assisting with queries
  • creating and maintaining personnel files including scanning, copying, filing and saving documents

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels is essential. Previous experience working in an HR or recruitment environment would be beneficial.
