Working pattern: 5 varied shifts over 7 days including early mornings from 6am, afternoons, late evenings until 9pm and weekends, to be discussed at interview

Our fantastic client in Ross-on-Wye is entering a period of significant growth and are now looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join their supportive and friendly team for a 14-month contract, to cover maternity, ideally starting on Friday 1st November, running all the way through until January 2026.
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to be able to speak and write French at a fluent level and have previous customer service experience.
