CLIENT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR Based central in York, the Client Support Administrator role plays a key part in the administration function of enquires into this successful business. You would need to be able to work in a fast pace environment and provide a high standard of accuracy. An interest in HR and psychology would be beneficial but not essential. We have two job roles, one 12 months maternity cover and the other permanent Salary £23,000 - £25,000 Hours - Full-time 37.5 9-5.15pm or part-time (minimum 22.5 hours pw ideally Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday) Holidays: 5 weeks plus bank holidays Company pension A SNAPSHOT OF THE ADMINISTRATOR DAY... First point of contact for clients requiring support Responding to volume e-mail enquiries accurately Update the system with client information Set up projects when advised Monitoring of projects, progress and liaison with client/ teams to resolve issues To arrange and administer coaching sessions Provide sales support administration Provide basic accounting admin support Does this sound like a good fit for you?
