My client is a fast growing retail business that is looking for a Head of Client Success as an addition to their business.
Reporting to the Sales Director, this role is suitable for someone who has a proven background in sales but is also really focused on the client experience once the sale and contracts have been finalised.
Working with blue chip, major retailers this role will suit someone experienced in high level sales/account management, and ideally (but not essentially) from logistics or supply chain background.
As the Client Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients.
You will be expected to regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback and identify areas and opportunities for improvement.
