The role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Success Executive to support our Client Success Managers in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role involves assisting with data analytics, client communications, project coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Assist Client Success Managers in building and maintaining trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Help manage project timelines, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Communication: Prepare and manage client communication materials, including meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up emails.
- Data Management: Analyse client data for integration into our digital platforms, support ongoing client data requests and maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress.
- Training and Documentation: Support client training sessions and prepare user guides and other training materials for our digital tools.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate client needs and challenges, and work with Client Success Managers to address them promptly.

About you:
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or digital solutions industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Excel, digital tools and platforms for project management and client communication.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support senior team members.
- Proactive Attitude: Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to the success of the team and clients.
