Description Create client opportunities for annual reviews on the CRM system. Generate investment review reports on provider platforms and send them to clients. Input investment details into the CRM system, generate and check annual review report figures, and send them to clients. Manage client appointments over the phone and handle non-advice queries and issues. Handle incoming email enquiries from clients. Prepare investment transfer paperwork, liaise with clients for signatures, and submit to relevant providers. Manage general provider enquiries, including policy status, fund choices, and tax codes. Obtain policy information from providers, input details into the CRM system, and compile detailed policy analysis notes for advisers. Profile The successful candidate will have experience as a client services executive or a similar role, paired with strong attention to detail.
