Description
- Create client opportunities for annual reviews on the CRM system.
- Generate investment review reports on provider platforms and send them to clients.
- Input investment details into the CRM system, generate and check annual review report figures, and send them to clients.
- Manage client appointments over the phone and handle non-advice queries and issues.
- Handle incoming email enquiries from clients.
- Prepare investment transfer paperwork, liaise with clients for signatures, and submit to relevant providers.
- Manage general provider enquiries, including policy status, fund choices, and tax codes.
- Obtain policy information from providers, input details into the CRM system, and compile detailed policy analysis notes for advisers.
Profile
The successful candidate will have experience as a client services executive or a similar role, paired with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, excellent communication skills, and strong technological aptitude are essential.
