Job Summary
As an IFA Administrator you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the financial planning team.
Work within a busy export customer service team dealing with a high volume of customer enquiries and orders via email.
Take full ownership of customer orders from start to finish.
Check stock availability, enter orders accurately on the system, inform customer of any potential issues with supply, invoice in a timely manner when order has dispatched.
