The Private Client Solicitor will be client-facing and manage a busy caseload.

They are to provide legal advice to clients on all aspects of wills, trusts, tax planning, Enduring Powers and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Probate law.

General
The role is accountable and responsible for up to 100 designated accounts, ensuring timely, accurate billing and specialist debt management across all client accounts and will have up to 5 employees, reporting directly to the Team Leader.

This role will involve you managing your own caseload of all aspects of private client matters, including Wills, Probate, Trusts and LPAs for a range of clients and their families and you would be working in a collaborative team which benefits from the assistance of legal support.
While working in a team environment you will be required to work individually, managing your own time and prioritising tasks to enable deadlines to be met.
Applicants should ideally have 5 years PQE experience in administering estates, Trusts and the taxation of estates and trusts, drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney and Court Protection applications.
Invoicing all chargeable activities undertaken by the clients in an accurate and timely manner.

The main purpose of the role will be primarily responsible for providing financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of client accounts.
