They are to provide legal advice to clients on all aspects of wills, trusts, tax planning, Enduring Powers and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Probate law.

- Drafting wills and trusts
- Probate and administration of estates
- Lifetime tax planning
- Enduring Powers and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection
Profile
The Private Client Senior Associate will have the following experience:
- 5 + years PQE in this area of legal work.
- Good technical knowledge in this area of law.
- Flexible with the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Previous experience in managing people within a team.
- Previous experience in marketing for business development.
