They are based in the financial district in Liverpool Street and offer hybrid working.
Working with a prestigious serviced office in Leeds city centre, our client are looking to recruit an experienced front of house support within to their client services team.
Based front of house, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all on site client's as well as visitors.
This is an ongoing temporary role, until the end of the year.

Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and understanding of legal processes will contribute to the smooth operation of our commercial property portfolio and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
To ensure that all duties are being carried out satisfactorily and to the required professional standard and the processing of payments and invoices as required.
To ensure complaints are dealt with and responded to within time frames and monthly targets are met.
An exciting opportunity has become available for Customer Service Advisors to join our clients team on a full-time, temporary basis.
This is a fully office based role based in Sheffield.
Training for the first week, from 1 July 2024, will be Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm and after training, the working hours will be Monday to Friday 10am until 7pm with the possibility of working Saturday from 9am until 1pm.
Provide first line advice , referrals and completion of payments and resolution of queries for customers across a wide range of Council service areas with primary attention to achieving a positive and personalised customer experience.
As part of a team, take responsibility for front line delivery of advice on multiple service areas within the assigned cluster providing a coordinated, consistent, efficient and customer focussed service and achieving set access targets and ongoing improvements to the customer experience.
General
To represent the Council by providing the first point of contact with customers, providing advice and applying sound judgement in assessing their needs across all service areas and resolving their query directly or referring them where a detailed consultation is required.
