Client Service Representative – London - £220 - £247 per day Umbrella – Offering Hybrid Working - 3 days per week, on site – 6 Month - Temporary Contract
Reed Talent Professionals are partnering with a Global Asset Servicing Provider based in Central London, in the search for an Interim Client Service Representative. They are based in the financial district in Liverpool Street and offer hybrid working.
This is a highly skilled and business critical function, where the Client Service Representative will be expected to support the existing Senior Client Representative UK team and be responsible for the monitoring of client overdrafts and dealing with all Cash and FX client queries for all UK clients that are managed by the UK team.
The individual will have to be self-motivated and have the experience and ability to work both within a team, but also on their own initiative to achieve results. The individual will have to work within a controlled environment, with results proven in improved client interaction, reduction of any outstanding client queries and reducing risks as a measurement of success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accountable for monitoring and reporting of client overdrafts for the UK client base.
- Work alongside and support the existing Client Service Representatives (CSR's) to deal with all Cash and FX client queries that are managed by the UK team
- Support the team to ensure the process is controlled and risk is mitigated and automated as much as possible.
- Build a detailed knowledge of the organisation and client process flows to be able to capture all relevant data to be able to perform the job.
- The goal is to create a standardised centre of excellence that services our UK clients and provide best in class service.
