The role
To provide assistance to the Sales Team and the Customer Service Team by placing orders, invoicing clients, responding to emails, answering phone calls, resolving issues and assisting Sales Managers.

£25,000 plus bonus

Day to Day of the role
Make outbound calls to potential prospects to generate interest in our offerings.
Engage with customers to inform and educate them about the benefits of our product portfolio, answering any follow-up questions.
They are currently seeking additional Customer Service Representatives due ongoing developments and with training you will become responsible for providing an efficient and effective administration and customer service for their Mortgage and Savings Accounts customers.
