They are a brilliant company who support their employees. They are looking for someone who has strong customer service experience within an office environment!
Do you have experience answering a high call volume? Do you have experience dealing with customer queries? Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills? Do you have good organisational skills?

Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Dealing with inbound calls
- Responding and dealing with customer queries
- Making sure customers details are logged correctly
- Amending customers' orders if required
- Monitoring customer returns
- Working with the sales team
