Client Service Manager required, our client is a well-known and respected HVAC contractor with the majority of their accounts operating within the commercial sector including restaurants, hotels and leisure centres, but also clients operating sites within healthcare, industrial or education settings.
They offer installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of HVAC equipment, predominately air conditioning, chillers, AHU's, ventilation and commercial heating.
They have a nationwide presence, with regional offices throughout the UK supporting over 130 employees, generating a turnover in excess of £20M.
You will be responsible for the overall management of the Customer Relations Team, supporting, motivating, and coordinating the complaint workload whilst ensuring regulatory timeframes and departmental key performance (KPI's) are met.

To support the Deputy Facilities Manager in leading a team of Team Leaders, cleaning, catering, portering staff and sub-contractors to deliver a fully integrated facilities service, managing the teams to ensure efficient and effective service provision in line with agreed budgets and service specifications.

Our client is a company who specialise in supplying products to the construction/new build and leisure sectors and are looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.
This Client Services Coordinator role based in Slough is with a company whose history goes back a century, they are hiring on a permanent full time basis (37.5 hours per week) with a lovely 4.30pm finish and no weekends!
Coordinate the sub hire order, receipt, despatch, returns and reconciliation process of technical film lighting equipment from specialist third party vendors.
To work with the return's supervisor, returns team, sales team, equipment co-ordinators and transport teams to co-ordinate activity, facilitate the efficient collection and repatriation of high value technical items through the hire process, ensuring anomalies occurring by moving production schedules and requirements are accounted for, logged, and communicated across the business with adjustments made to rental agreements and obligations, where necessary.
