This newly created role has the responsibility to lead the team to deliver planned and reactive maintenance to ensure the site is working to its maximum efficiency. You will be passionate about 'root cause' analysis ensuring the team isn't just focused on the here and now, but they want to deliver long term continuous improvement to support production excellence. Key responsibilities will include: Manage, train, and develop the team. Oversee budget management and report on variances. Support project delivery. Manage contractor relationships. Provide a continuous improvement mind-set to embed culture. Report risk, opportunities, and solutions to the Head of Engineering. We are looking for a candidate with a track record managing teams to deliver improvements, drive efficiencies, and deliver projects. You will have led multi-disciplined teams delivering maintenance strategies, working to strict guidelines, and adhering to HSE policies. You will have a passion for quality, best practice, and maintenance methodologies.
