Exceptional Administrator required who can work at pace, adapt to change and has strong communication skills to support a Project Management team in Lancaster. HYBRID work from home 2 days a week and office 3 days a week Pay between £11.46ph and £13.81 PAYE per hour dependant on experience (up to £17.40 p/h via umbrella) 35 hours per week Mon Fri with flexible start/finish times As a Project Administrator You will work closely with and support my client's Project Managers on a variety of ongoing projects at various stages. This is an administrative role dealing with all the paperwork required and you will be instrumental in keeping the projects running smoothly by ensuring each contributor is on task and on time. This is a highly reactive role that will involve: Following admin processes Data input and management Electronic and paper filing Working to set deadlines Taking enquiries from clients Diary management Speaking to a variety of Stakeholders to keep them on task - so communication skills are key! We are currently recruiting for one of the leading online retailers for their existing customer service team. This company is hugely established in the industry and is growing constantly, so we are looking for someone who is driven with long term aspirations within customer service/office work. You will be provided with full training for this role and supported throughout the process so if you haven't done this type of role before don't worry - it's all about attitude and willingness to learn. This is an ongoing temporary role for 12 weeks with a view to then go permanent so we're looking for candidates who are wanting a long term position. What will you be doing? Responding to customer queries across various IT and Social Media platforms, queries will be in connection to; refunds, exchanges, sizing, deliveries, product/stock enquiries etc. Providing a first time resolution to customers in a professional but personable manner - ensuring to go above and beyond for each customer whilst meeting their wants, needs and desires.
