Our client is a well-established solicitor who has been operating since 2008 and is currently looking for a motivated Receptionist/Administrator on a Temporary to Permanent basis to join their driven team!
The position is in-office based, Monday to Friday with working hours of 9am - 5pm.
What you will be doing:
- Answer the telephones and divert calls to the right person when necessary
- Take messages and distribute to the right person
- Setup new files using case management system
- Assist other team members with general admin tasks such as filing, data entry, printing etc.
What you need to bring:
- Good communication skills
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional telephone and email manner
- Detail Orientated
