Reporting to the Head of Commercial Experience, the Client Services Manager will be a key member of the Monday to Friday Commercial (Offices) Front of House business the company.
You will have line management responsibility for a team of Account Managers and targeted with supporting them with overseeing a range of Front of House contracts for premium ground floor office building and companies in Central London.
The main focus of this role is drive the performance of the reception teams on site, managing the strategic client relationships and being a senior member of the operations team driving business performance, employee engagement and being a champion of our company values.
