Our client in London is looking for a Client Services Administrator to join their busy firm.
You will provide first class administration to the client services team and support the firm in delivering high quality, independent advice to clients.
Our clients - a wide-range of professional membership organisations, charities, and public sector bodies - are looking to recruit experienced administrators, with focused roles in event coordination, executive support, customer service, and HR.

You will be responsible for issuing legally compliant documents to clients, reviewing cases, and providing regular updates to the Client Services Manager.
You will identify issues and improvements and relay these to the senior management team.

You will work closely with the senior paraplanners and financial advisers to support the existing client bank and assist in the process of taking on new clients.
