Page Personnel is supporting a reputable local business with their recruitment of an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their accountancy team on a temporary basis for 6 months (possibly longer!) to support with a backlog of work. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support across a variety of duties. Client Details Our client is based in Hedge End close to the motorway and easily accessible via public transport too. They are going through a very busy period and need extra support across their team of 5. Description As the Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for: Raising invoices Setting up new customers on the database Chase outstanding debt where appropriate Dealing with queries Allocating payments Adhoc reporting as and when required Profile In order to be considered for the Accounts Receivable Clerk role, you must: Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this Be immediately available or on short notice Be able to commute to the office on a regular, hybrid basis Be able to work as a team Be able to pick up tasks with little instruction/supervision Be able to communicate effectively Job Offer The chance to work in a temporary role in Hedge End.
